Old Town Bay will exude a kind of simmering energy that breathes new life into everyone who spends time there. It will be a place where resident and guests can experience a full spectrum of energizing activities both on the lake and off - from water sports and fishing to hiking, climbing and enjoying Old Town Bay's pristine beaches.
The community's recreational amenities and programs will serve as a catalyst for families to spend more time together and discover new ways to interact and enjoy one another's company.
An attractive feature of the community will be the pedestrian bridge over the Eagle River that links Old Town Bay to Sicamous Nature Park - just a two minute walk away from downtown Sicamous.
Sicamous has thriving arts, cultural and sports communities. Many accomplished artisans make their homes here, and the areas hockey teams - the Salmon Arm Junior A silverbakcs and the Sicamous Junior B Eagles - have produced three first-round NHL draft picks.
The population of 3,000 plus full-time residents and the town's influx of summer sun-seekers are served by a variety of restaurants and retails stores as well as medical facilities and a ferry service to Seymour Arm.
